JCA were contracted to inspect a tree in Halifax that needed to be removed to provide an access road within a development. Unfortunately a tree on site could not be inspected from the ground because it was covered in thick Ivy. Our team had to seek permission to inspect the tree using a cherry picker and endoscopic cameras.
The tree was heavily covered in Ivy however JCA were able to complete the endoscopic surveys with help from a local cherry picker operator. The tree was thoroughly inspected for bat roosting potential. Luckily no potential roosts were found and the application could proceed as planned.
