Our client contacted us to instruct us to carry out a tree safety survey as they were concerned about the trees situated on their property.
A check was carried out with the City of Bradford Metropolitan Council and we were informed that there was a Tree Preservation (TPO) in force on this site which afforded a protected status to the trees which were the subject of this report.
A group containing 4 trees was surveyed and found to be in poor physiological and structural condition. Our consultant recommended that the trees were to be removed to ground level and the stumps treated to prevent regrowth. It was also mentioned that replacement tree planting should be considered at the discretion of the Local Planning Office.
