Damage in the form of cracking had occurred to the front right hand-side elevation. The distance between the trees and shrubs and the buildings is measured from the closest part of the property. As the surveyed vegetation was either well maintained, of a small nature or located outside the influencing distance of the affected area was not considered to be contributing to the current damage, whether collectively or an individual basis.
