Mortgage Survey – A private client was purchasing a property and required a tree survey for mortgage purposes. The property had 10 trees and our consultant surveyed the trees growing within influencing distance of the property. Our consultant concluded that this area of Huddersfield is not considered to be an area which regularly experiences subsidence, due to the low clay content in the soils and providing that the tree works recommended within the report, were undertaken in the near future and that the trees were inspected on a regular basis by a qualified Arboriculturalist in the interests of health and safety, there were no arboricultural reasons why the property should not be purchased at the current time.
